A bicyclist shot a teen in the leg in Brownsville on Monday, police said.

The 16-year-old victim was on Bainbridge Street near Thomas S. Boyland Street at around 2:20 p.m. when the cycling gunman opened fire and sped away, cops said.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, police said.

Cops had no description of the shooter and did not say if the teen was the intended victim.

Police on Monday identified the man shot dead in East New York’s Pink Houses.

Allen David Smith, 38, of California, was gunned down at around 3 p.m. Friday in the second-floor hallway of a Linden Boulevard building, cops said.

He suffered a wound to the torso and was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was declared dead.

It was not clear what Smith was doing in the Brooklyn projects, and no arrests had been made.

Cops on Monday released images of a car they’re searching for in connection with a deadly fight between two groups of clubgoers in Fordham.

Surveillance video shows a white sedan pulling away from the scene outside the Xtreme Lounge on Valentine Avenue near Fordham Road just before 4 a.m. Oct. 5.

Police say two men were slashed, another was beaten with a baseball bat, a fourth was shot in the head, a fifth suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and Dennis Rodriguez, 24, died at St. Barnabas Hospital after taking a bullet to the torso.

A man was killed in an ATV crash in Kingsbridge when his pal accidentally rear-ended him, cops said Monday.

The men were riding two Yamaha all-terrain vehicles up Bailey Street near East 233rd Street at around 5:50 p.m. Sunday when Paul Rodriguez, 35, was hit from the behind by Daniel Mcgivney, 33, according to police.

The riders were not wearing helmets and Rodriguez suffered severe head trauma, cops said.

They were both taken to St. Barnabas Hospital for treatment, but Rodriguez later died, authorities said.

Mcgivney was charged with reckless endangerment and reckless driving, and was issued violations for riding an unregistered ATV, riding without a helmet and for having no insurance, police said.

A thief grabbed an unlocked car that was parked in Williamsbridge with its keys still in the ignition, authorities said Monday.

The crook took off in the 1993 gold Toyota Camry from in front of 8768 White Plains Road at around 3 a.m. Sept. 13, according to police.

The thief was wearing a blue baseball cap, black T-shirt and blue jeans, authorities said.

Queens

A 20-year-old St. John’s University student on Monday withdrew a police complaint charging that she was raped by two men at an off-campus frat party.

She had gone to the 107th Precinct station house Sunday and told officers that she had passed out at a party Friday night, and when she awoke, found herself being violated by two men.

But on Monday, she said it never happened.

Manhattan

Cops are looking for a thug who stabbed another man in East Harlem, authorities said Monday.

The 20-year-old victim was stabbed at 320 E. 115th St. during a dispute at around 8 p.m. Sunday, cops said.

The victim suffered a stab wound to the lower back and was rushed to Harlem Hospital.

The dreadlocked attacker was wearing a red sweater and fled in a white vehicle, police sources said.

A dimwitted thief stole a debit card from a car parked in a Westerleigh driveway and then used it to have food delivered to his motel room, authorities said Monday.

Michael Pisano, 28, was caught on surveillance cameras walking down a driveway on Willowbrook Avenue at around 9:10 p.m. Sept. 29, a Criminal Court complaint states.

Someone then used a debit card that was stolen from a car in that driveway three times in just over four hours to buy food at a deli.

Pisano then used the card to get Mike’s Unicorn Diner to deliver food to his room at the Ramada Inn, cops said.
