The best-known rental in Park Slope is off the market.
Mayor de Blasio’s home will have new tenants come November.
The 3-bedroom brownstone on 11th Street, which has a large back yard and garden, was snatched up by the first prospective tenants who saw it, City Hall officials said.
The house was only on the market for 12 days after the first family announced they were leasing it earlier this month — likely because of the relatively reasonable rental rate of $4,975 per month.
The home was recently assessed at $1.4 million.
“The future tenants and the landlords have met,” said mayoral spokeswoman Rebecca Katz. “All went well.”
Katz said the new tenants, who did not want to be identified, had already lived in the family friendly neighborhood, but they wanted more space and a garden.
They signed a one-year lease.
