Manhattan

A mugger is targeting women on the Upper West Side, authorities said Sunday.

The creep recently robbed two victims in their apartment buildings just hours apart, sources said.

The goon trailed a 23-year-old woman into her building on West 106th Street at 11:50 p.m. Oct. 18, shoved her against a wall, and snatched her pocketbook, cops said.

The gutsy woman chased the crook, who threw her bag back at her before dashing off, according to police.

The victim was not injured.

Investigators said the persistent thug then followed a 24-year-old woman into her West 107th Street building at 3:30 a.m., shoved her to the floor, and bolted with her iPhone.

The victim suffered a cut to her upper lip, but declined medical attention.

The thug, believed to be in his 40s, is about 6 feet tall.

Brooklyn

Nine men beat up two teens in a Clinton Hill subway station while attempting to steal one of the victims’ sneakers, authorities said Sunday.

The victims, both 17, were waiting for a southbound train at the Franklin Avenue station at 7:15 p.m. Nov. 6, when the gang approached them and demanded their property, police said.

The toughs shoved the teens to the floor, relentlessly punched and kicked them, and whacked them with two wooden canes while trying to yank off one victim’s shoes, according to cops.

Investigators said the teens fought back, and their attackers fled onto an arriving No. 3 train before they could steal the shoes.

The victims sustained facial injuries, but declined medical attention.

The gang hopped off the train at the Utica Avenue stop.

Three teenage female thieves swiped a 14-year-old girl’s cellphone at an East New York train station, cops said Sunday.

Investigators said the victim was walking up a flight of stairs at the Cleveland Street stop on the J line at 1:10 p.m. Oct. 25 when the gang came up behind her, snatched an iPhone 5 from her rear pocket and took off.

The crooks, one of whom has dyed red hair, are believed to be between 14 and 18 years old.

The Bronx

Authorities have released new surveillance images of a thug wanted for stabbing a man on an elevated subway platform in Soundview last month.

The 18-year-old victim was waiting for a southbound No. 6 train at the Elder Avenue station at 2:40 p.m. Oct. 23 when he was approached by the crook and an argument ensued, cops said.

It’s unclear what sparked the fight, but as it escalated, the creep whipped out a knife and stabbed the victim in the torso several times before running off, police said.

The victim was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition and has since been released.

The thug has a close-cropped beard and is believed to be about 20 years old, 5-foot-7 and 130 pounds.

He was wearing a dark hoodie, jeans and red and black sneakers.

Staten Island

He’s rotten to the core.

An Apple-picking thug already being sought for robbing a youth outside a St. George child-abuse shelter has been linked to four other knifepoint hold-ups of teens in the area, investigators said Sunday.

The crook’s spree began at 7:15 a.m. Oct. 3, when he pulled a knife on a 15-year-old boy on Hamilton Avenue near Phelps Place and swiped his iPhone 5, cops said.

At 12:40 p.m. Oct. 15, the blade-brandishing bandit robbed another 15-year-old of his iPhone in front of the Staten Island Child Advocacy Center on Richmond Terrace, according to police.

The thief’s fifth and most recent strike came at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, when he stole a 14-year-old boy’s iPod at knifepoint on Crescent Avenue near Daniel Low Terrace, cops said.

The mugger is believed to be about 18 years old, 6 feet tall and 180 pounds.
