A 21-year-old drunken doofus was dared by a pal to leap over a second-floor railing at the Palisades Center mall in Rockland County on Sunday afternoon — and he did it, police said.
Clarkstown police found Nicholas Diblasi of Park Ridge, NJ, sitting on the mall’s first floor boozy, dazed and in pain, at around 12:25 p.m. after his 20-foot leap, law-enforcement sources said.
Diblasi told police he jumped after his pal dared him and said he wouldn’t do it, the sources said.
He was charged with reckless endangerment for jumping into a heavily trafficked pedestrian area in the mall, cops said. He is due in court Feb. 23.
