This was one hell of a pillow fight.
A hood who takes his forty winks very seriously beat a worker at a Bronx discount store before grabbing two pillows and storming out, cops said.
The apparently sleep-deprived tough got into a shouting match with a 46-year-old employee at Four Brothers Discount Inc. on Grand Concourse near East 181st Street in Fordham Heights around 5:45 p.m., Feb. 5.
As the spat escalated, the goon slugged the worker several times in the face, police said.
A woman managed to separate the two and push the aggressor towards the door, surveillance video shows.
The tired thug departed, but not before snatching up two fluffy trophies from a display: a pair of pillows.
The worker was not seriously injured.
The suspect is believed to be in his early 20s, stands about 5-foot-6, and weighs 135 pounds.
