Don’t expect “Blood, Sweat and Heels” to fall into a sophomore slump when it returns to Bravo Sunday night.
The reality series, which chronicles the lives of Manhattan’s feistiest go-getters, is raising the stakes in Season 2.
From lavish yacht parties to deliciously dramatic cat fights, not to mention the arrival of a sassy new cast member, the ladies are gearing up for a British invasion.
“I think my whole life pretty much represents the concept of ‘Blood, Sweat, and Heels,’” newbie Chantelle Fraser tells the Post. “I’m a single female and everything I earn is because of my hard work.”

The UK native is no stranger to the 9-to-5 grind. In 2006, Fraser launched her now nationally-recognized talent agency, Flawless NYC, from the not-so spacious comforts of home.
“I was living with a roommate in a tiny Manhattan apartment and I didn’t have a clue how I was going to make it,” Fraser says. “All I had was my laptop, my vision and a Best Buy credit card.”

While viewers will certainly see Fraser rocking it at the agency — in style, of course — they’ll also get a glimpse of her cheekier side.
“You’re going to see my quintessential British humor, kind of dry-witted, deadpan,” Fraser notes. “Some of the girls were a bit sensitive to my humor so that’s going to be interesting.”
Though Fraser is mum as to which cast mates she clashes with, she admits that she did forge a few lasting friendships along the way.
“The cast members I actually expected not to get along with, I got along with amazingly well,” Fraser reveals. “If I hadn’t had those cast members support me, I don’t think I would have gotten through the season.”
Conflict may be one of the main ingredients in “Blood, Sweat and Heels,” but as Fraser explains, there is more to this guilty pleasure than petty drama.
“You really get to see us balancing our personal lives and our careers. We don’t accept mediocrity in anything we do,” says Fraser. “We work hard and we play hard.”
