A woman was discovered bound and dead inside her boyfriend’s Bronx apartment Saturday morning, police sources said.
The lifeless body of Milagros Rolon, 46, was found wrapped in a blanket in the bedroom of the Tinton Avenue apartment near East 168th Street in Morrisania around 8:15 a.m., sources said.
Her hands were propped up near her face and tied with rope, sources added.
Rolon’s boyfriend, 53-year-old Roger Roberts, was arrested Saturday evening on charges of murder and manslaughter.
Roberts initially told investigators he had made the grisly discovery, sources said.
Investigators believe Rolon died several days ago, according to sources.
Roberts had been staying in the Tinton Avenue apartment temporarily while maintaining a listed address in Harlem.
Cops said Rolon had not been previously reported missing.
