NY tech scene growing in value and real estate

The New York tech scene keeps growing, with Oscar being valued at $1.5 billion, Etsy going public and web-hosting company Yodle moving this week into fancy new digs.

Yodle exited the Flatiron District for two floors of 114,000 square feet in Hudson Yards at 330 W. 34th St., our Josh Kosman reports.

The building is part of a development that will include a Bryant Park-size park and what will soon become retail space in the old Farley Post Office.

Yodle has roughly 50,000 customers and $200 million in revenue. It plans to hire 250 workers over the next three years.
