Why Nick Jonas is ‘freaking out’ his ‘Scream Queens’ co-star

Skyler Samuels, star of Ryan Murphy’s new horror-comedy “Scream Queens,” debuting Sept. 22 on FOX, is totally freaking out about shooting her first scene with heartthrob Nick Jonas next week.

“He was, like, my childhood crush,” she confides to The Post at the Monique Lhuillier fashion show Saturday night.

“And yes, it’s been years since I had his J-14 poster on the wall, but I’m still like, ‘Oh my god, you’re Nick Jonas!’ I have to stop being a dork about it.”

Sitting front-row, the actress gushed about the hotness of her famous Jonas Brother co-star. “He gets to woo a few people, and I’m like, ‘You are a privileged group!’ ” Sadly for Samuels, she’s not one of them.

“He isn’t my love interest,” she says. “I can’t quite give away whose love interest he is in the show, but it’s a very funny one.”

But 10 episodes into filming the show, the actress, who played Twisty the Clown’s tormented captive on “American Horror Story: Freak Show” last year, says she’s plenty content nonetheless.

“I’ve read almost all the first season, and I have to say, [Ryan’s] created his craziest show yet.”
