Here’s your first look at Krysten Ritter as the newest Marvel heroine on Netflix.
Ritter (“Don’t Trust the B”) plays the titular character in “Jessica Jones,” which premieres Nov. 20.
The 13-episode drama centers on Jones as she rebuilds her personal life and career as a detective in New York City after her short-lived stint, as the superhero Jewel, ended tragically at the hands of Kilgrave — aka Purple Man (David Tennant).
Also starring are Mike Colter (as Luke Cage), Rachael Taylor (as Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss, Eka Darville, Erin Moriarty and Wil Traval.
“Jessica Jones” is Netflix’s second original Marvel series (out of four), following “Daredevil” and the upcoming “Luke Cage” and “Iron Fist.”
