A fifth girl is suing the city Department of Education for allegedly failing to stop Brooklyn Technical HS teacher Sean Shaynak from sexually assaulting her.
In a notice of claim filed Saturday in Brooklyn Supreme Court, the former student says she was 13 to 15 years old when Shaynak sent her dirty texts and naked photos of himself, “kidnapped” her to a nude beach, forced her to drink alcohol at his home, and sexually assaulted her.
