Skelos’ son calls Cuomo a ‘p—y’ in wiretapped phone call

The son of disgraced state Sen. Dean Skelos called Gov. Cuomo a “p—y” and urged his powerful dad to “kick his ass” for banning fracking in the state, according to wiretapped phone conversations played Wednesday in the father-son corruption trial.

“He’s such a p—y!” Adam Skelos grumbled to dad Dean on Dec. 17, 2014 — the day Cuomo announced the controversial drilling process was prohibited.

Adam Skelos, 33, had sought to profit from fracking through a contract with environmental company AbTech Industries, as Dean — then the Senate majority leader — tried to pressure the state to legalize the procedure.

“This day sucks!” said Adam Skelos in the chat secretly recorded by the FBI. “How do we beat [Cuomo] in an election? Would be so proud of you if you kicked his ass.”

“Yup. I’m going to do it,” Dean Skelos, 67, calmly replied, insinuating a potential run for governor. “You watch what I’m going to do in the next couple of years with him.”

Then, the elder Skelos added: “No more buddy-buddy. He’s full of s–t.”

The stunning recordings were played in Manhattan federal court as state Sen. Tony Avella took the stand to testify against the two men.

Avella testified he didn’t know about the alleged bribery scheme, in which Dean Skelos promised political favors to two companies if they paid his son hundreds of thousands of dollars for no-show work.

But the Queens Democrat said if he had known, he would’ve put an end to it.

“I certainly would have shared the information with colleagues… I may have also shared it with the media,” said Avella. “I may have asked for an investigation because I may have felt it was improper.”

The Skeloses have pleaded not guilty.

In a separate call on Dec. 22, 2014, Adam Skelos discusses when Republicans delivered a crushing blow to state Sen. Jeffrey Klein, who led the Independent Democratic Conference at the time, after winning control of the state Senate.

“I heard you left a hand print on somebody’s ass today. How did it go?” Adam Skelos asked his dad.

“You know, he knows it’s not going to be what it used to be, but I’ll give him a little — some stuff … I told him you lost, I won,” Dean Skelos replied.
