A Guggenheim curator is teaming up with her wealthy, cheating husband to fight his younger mistress’ grab at his cash.
The Manhattan love triangle involves Delphi Financial Group CEO Robert Rosenkranz, 73, his curator wife Alexandra Munroe, 58, and the ex-mistress, Katherine Nelson, 40.
Munroe says Nelson’s hiring of celebrity divorce lawyer William Beslow gives the ex-girlfriend an unfair advantage — because Beslow is the very lawyer the scorned wife turned to last December when she was considering a divorce from Rosenkranz after discovering the affair.
“I confided in him many private conversations between my husband and I … we also discussed intimate family financial details,” Munroe says in the Manhattan Supreme Court filing.
Beslow did not respond to requests for comment about his possible disqualification.
The couple has since “restored” their marriage, Munroe says in the affidavit.
Her husband’s lawyer, Peter Bronstein, says in court papers that Beslow claimed his client “would probably settle for $10 million from Mr. Rosenkranz.”
In February, a Manhattan judge tossed a temporary order barring Nelson from spouting off online about her years-long affair with Rosenkranz.
