Stick a fork in him. He’s done.

After finalizing a bitter divorce with actress Stephanie March over the summer, star chef Bobby Flay — in an apparent move to ditch the past and start anew — listed their duplex marital pad at the Chelsea Mercantile for $7.95 million in October.

Now, in an apparent effort to really get the 3,256-square-foot condo off his back, he’s also offering up the apartment for rent — asking a cool $22,500 per month.

Flay kept this condo, where March had cared for her sick mother, and their Hamptons home as part of the settlement, according to Page Six.

Corcoran’s Meris Blumstein — who, along with hubby Kenny Blumstein, is marketing this rental listing — declined comment. The couple, along with their daughter, Sydney, are repping Flay’s sale listing, as well.

Located at 252 Seventh Ave. — an address known for sheltering Katie Holmes after her divorce from Tom Cruise — it shouldn’t be a surprise that this three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit has a top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen. The space reportedly includes two dishwashers, a roomy walk-in pantry and appliances bearing the Viking logo.

This duplex was made possible by combining one unit on the eighth floor with another on the ninth. There are two separate entrances and lots of room for entertaining. The pad has a lower-level media room (which can be converted into a fourth bedroom) and a second-level living/dining area, according to the floorplans. There’s also a home office “accented by a wall of spectacular steel-casement windows,” per the listing.

The former couple tapped MG & Company to design the digs. That firm has reportedly worked with Flay on his New York City eateries.
