A beach mansion at 920 S. Ocean Blvd. in Palm Beach County’s Manalapan — on land once owned by controversial boxing promoter Don King — has sold for $33 million to an East Coast family.
The heavyweight estate is one of six that Hamptons developer Joe Farrell built after tearing down King’s former properties.
The 14,025-square-foot home sits on 1.43 acres and boasts eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and two powder rooms.
Special features include a gym, steam room, sauna and elevator, not to mention two pools, a tennis court, a four-car garage and Tony Robbins for a neighbor.
(The motivational speaker bought a $24.75 million manse at 750 S. Ocean Blvd. in 2013.)
The remaining King-land properties for sale include a $29.9 million oceanfront home; the others range from $4.5 million to $9.95 million.
Don’t let anyone beat you to the punch.
