A stalled motorcycle leading a Brooklyn bike race led to a massive pileup involving at least a dozen cyclists.
Dramatic video shows a cyclists swerving out of the way from the sputtering motorbike before another rider slams into it, knocking both riders to the ground, during the ninth annual Red Hook Criterium, a 5K race.
That first collision triggers a chain reaction of crashes, with some riders smashing into the already fallen racers at full speed.
One cyclist, Antoine Fabry, captured the mayhem from a camera affixed to his bike.
The 25-second clip, which he uploaded to Instagram, shows him approaching the crash and attempting to move his bike away from the sprawling accident to no avail.
It is unclear how many people were injured during the race, which took place all day Saturday and ended with the men’s showdown.
