Donald Trump doesn’t have enough liquid assets to continue to self-finance his run for president, a report said Sunday.
A Wall Street Journal analysis found that despite his claims that he’s worth $10 billion, Trump will no longer be paying for his campaign from his own pocket because he doesn’t have enough money in cash or liquid assets such as stocks and bonds.
His pretax income in 2016 is “likely to be about $160 million,” according to the paper.
Trump, through a spokesman, denied the Journal’s story, saying its analysis doesn’t include cash held by Trump’s properties.
