Former boxer and hype machine Floyd Mayweather has a new glitzy pad — and it’s a knockout.
The 39-year-old retiree recently dropped $7.7 million in cash on a four-bedroom, five-bathroom waterfront house in Miami Beach, Fla. The Real Deal first reported the sale using county records.
In true flashy Mayweather fashion, he snapped an Instagram photo of his real estate purchase with two Bugattis parked on his driveway.

The 5,200-square-foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows, an infinity pool with an LED system and a boat dock.
This isn’t Mayweather’s only lavish pad.
The undefeated boxing champ, who’s reportedly worth up to $650 million, also owns a $1.5 million house in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., and a $2.5 million condo at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in LA.
His 20,000-square-foot “big boy mansion” in Las Vegas — with baller features that include a 12-person shower, Fendi light fixtures and a movie theater — even has its own Instagram account.
