Rumor has it that Adele just spent $9.5 million on a four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in a gated LA community called Hidden Valley.
The newly trim British singer, fresh from encouraging a fan to live in the moment and stop filming her concert, has certainly seized the day herself.
Adele’s new spread comes with a guardhouse — perfect for celebrity security and privacy. Hidden Valley, in Beverly Hills, has been called Southern California’s secret celebrity enclave.
Zoe Saldana just bought a place nearby; past and present residents include Jennifer Lawrence, Jamie Foxx, Ashton Kutcher, Tom Selleck, Mila Kunis, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.
Adele, who also owns pricey properties in London and the British seaside enclave of Brighton, has been looking in LA since last year. (She’s rented in the past.)
Over 6,500 square feet, her new property has a spacious layout and charming beamed ceilings on the second floor.
The outdoor space includes a grill, treehouse, outdoor train set, and a private garden with a swimming pool, gazebo and a dog run.
TMZ first reported the purchase, while Trulia had more details on the property.
Adele’s going to be rolling (in the) deep in this place for sure.
