Fan exacts perfect Instagram revenge against Conor McGregor

Three legends.

It’s Conor McGregor’s world and we’re all just living in it.

Days before battling Eddie Alvarez in the octagon for UFC 205, the Irishman took a few photos with fans in New York, including a shot with admirer Erin Safran.

After tagging McGregor in the snap, Safran went on to post the photo on her public Instagram page. Clearly pleased with the shot, McGregor shared the same picture on his own feed, but made sure to zoom in on the focal point: himself.

“Gucci mustard,” the emerging style star captioned.

Upon realizing McGregor cropped both her and her brother out of the shot, Safran joked about the absurdity of the situation.

Following the fight — in which McGregor destroyed Alvarez Saturday at Madison Square Garden — the father-to-be made it clear he’s not seeking forgiveness from the fellowship of the UFC.

“I ridiculed everyone on the roster,” McGregor said. “I just want to say from the bottom of me heart, I’d like to take this time to apologize … to absolutely nobody. The double champ does whatever … he wants.”

While Safran isn’t a “double champ,” she does what she wants too — including getting her social revenge.

On Monday, the Big Apple beauty shared the original snap again, sans McGregor. Although a smidge of his “Gucci mustard” sweater can be seen in the photo, Safran did give the reigning champ credit where it was due.

“‘I want to take this opportunity to apologize … to absolutely nobody.’ @thenotoriousmma,” Safran wrote.
