It’s the Final Four — for secretary of state.
Donald Trump met with Mitt Romney for a second time on Tuesday as the president-elect went over his final list for the top State Department job.
Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker, head of the Foreign Relations Committee, also huddled with Trump, saying afterward that his “instincts on foreign policy are obviously very, very good.”
Trump was also talking to Rudy Giuliani about the gig — a day after spending an hour with ex-CIA Director David Petraeus, another leading candidate for the nation’s top diplomatic post.
Multiple sources told Politico that Trump favors Romney — even though Romney was one of the president-elect’s toughest critics during the campaign.
Meanwhile, former Labor Secretary Elaine Chao was nominated as transportation secretary. Chao — who is married to Senate leader Mitch McConnell — is on the board of News Corp., which owns The Post.
Steven Mnuchin, a Wall Street veteran who served as Trump’s national finance chairman, could be named treasury secretary as early as Wednesday.
Billionaire investor Wilbur Ross was in line to become commerce secretary, according to the Wall Street Journal.
And former Vice President Dan Quayle stopped by Trump Tower to “offer personal congratulations” to the president-elect.
“Things are in good hands,” Quayle said.
