Brooklyn rapper Troy Ave could be performing again as early as the week after next, his attorney said in court Manhattan Wednesday.
The rhymer — real name Rolland Collins — was initially forbidden from performing or entering public venues after he was charged for his role in the T.I. concert shooting at Irving Plaza. That was a condition of his bail package.
But the conditions of the package are now under negotiation, defense attorney John Stella said.
Collins, 30, was charged with attempted murder and weapon possession charges following the May melee that left his friend and bodyguard, Ronald McPhatter, dead.
The rapper posted his $500,000 bond in July, but has been forced to stick to an 11 p.m. curfew and wear an ankle bracelet ever since.
He’ll be back in court in Jan.
