Mike Tomlin calls Patriots ‘a–holes’ in Antonio Brown’s odd Facebook post

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown had the catch that iced the win for the Steelers over the Chiefs on Sunday night. But not even that is likely to keep him out of coach Mike Tomlin’s doghouse.

Brown inexplicably did a Facebook Live session in the postgame locker room, including taping Tomlin’s speech to the team without Tomlin knowing it. The video begins with Tomlin and teammates clowning around in the locker room. They are then called together for a team prayer and Brown keeps the camera rolling.

After the prayer, Tomlin begins to speak on the other side of a set of lockers from Brown.

“When you get to this point in the journey, not a lot needs to be said,” Tomlin said. “Let’s say very little moving forward. Let’s start our preparations. We spotted those a–holes a day and a half. They played yesterday. Our game got moved to tonight. We gonna touch down at 4 o’clock in the f–king morning. So be it. We’ll be ready for that a–. But you ain’t gotta tell them we coming. Because some of us might not like the damn [unintelligible]. The chest pounding. Keep a low profile.”

Brown was not exactly keeping a low profile.

Another Steeler yelled, “Keep cool on social media, this is about us, nobody else.”

Then, it sounds like quarterback Ben Roethlisberger speaking up and saying of Foxborough, Mass., “That’s a lion’s den we’re going into this week. It’s a lion’s den. I’ve been there, a lot of us have been there. Keep your mouth shut.”

Chances are, Tomlin is going to hit Brown harder than any Chief did Sunday night.
