A young boy died after being found unconscious at his Queens home Sunday — and cops were questioning his parents, authorities said.
Michael Guzman, 5, was unresponsive when paramedics responded to a 911 call at the residence on 109th Avenue near Inwood Street in Jamaica at 4:17 p.m., according to police.
He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, but doctors there were unable to resuscitate him.
“When they put him in the ambulance, I knew he was gone,” said neighbor Dolores Green, 81. “They didn’t turn the siren on.”
It was not immediately apparent whether Michael showed any signs of traumatic injury.
Police sources said there had been several domestic disturbances at the address in the past.
The boy’s parents were being questioned Sunday night at the 102nd Precinct station house.
The incident comes less than two weeks after a 3-month-old Bronx girl was rushed to the hospital after being found severely battered and not breathing inside her home.
Sherlin Camacho later died after nearly a week on life support.
