A driver suffered a fatal heart attack behind the wheel and crashed in Midtown Tuesday, police said.
Charles Cuttino, 54, of East 109th Street in East Harlem, smashed his 2008 Mercedes SUV into an unoccupied truck at East 46th Street and Third Avenue just before 10:30 a.m., cops said.
Paramedics rushed him to NYU Medical Center, but he couldn’t be saved.
There were no other reported injuries.
