A homeless man with a long rap sheet was arrested after he groped a 14-year-old girl at a Brooklyn subway station Monday, police sources said.
The child was on her way home from school and waiting for the A train at the Jay Street station in downtown Brooklyn when the creep grabbed her buttocks around 4 p.m., sources said.
The girl fled the station and went to Brooklyn Friends High School on Lawrence Street and told an adult what happened, sources said.
She returned to the station with her parent around 7 p.m. and found the suspect lying on a platform bench.
The pair then alerted two cops who were patrolling the station, and they took the man, identified as Nathan Hart, 59, into custody. Hart was charged with forcible touching.
Hart, who is homeless, has at least 10 prior arrests dating back to 1992, mainly for robbery and assault.
