This time, it was the pig huffing and puffing — and burning the house down!
A porker set fire to the home of an animal control officer in South Carolina when she knocked over an outdoor heat lamp, according a report Friday.
Fern, a 300-pound pig, was rooting around in the heated pen she shared with two goats and two horses, when she sparked the blaze in Anderson County last weekend, according to the HerladOnline.com.
The tail-curling inferno ripped through the two-story farmhouse belonging her owner, animal control officer Jamie Turner, the paper reported.
The porker was nearly roasted — but firefighters put out the blaze before she and her barnyard pals were injured.
The ham-fisted hog was “depressed” for days after accident, which completely gutted the home, Jamie Turner’s mom, Cristina Turner, told the paper.
Two dogs, Cooper and Grace, died in the fire. No humans were hurt, according to the local station WYFF4.
A GoFundMe page had raised more than $8,600 to help the family rebuild their home on Friday.
