Mark Patricof fronts new show for Verizon
Houlihan Lockey banker Mark Patricof, who most recently helped Nick Denton sell Gawker to Univision, is fronting a new show for Verizon.
Patricof is the host of a series that offers business people the chance to have star athletes endorse their products if they like the pitch.
The series, “Most Valued Partner,” MVP, is produced by New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and Hunting Lane Films and INE Entertainment.
Gronkowski will also appear in the series for Verizon’s streaming video service go90 alongside ex-NFL star Terrell Owens, Triple Crown Jockey Victor Espinoza and Jennie Finch, Olympic softball gold medalist.
The episodes unspool on Wednesdays and feature ideas such as a mobile console that wraps around any phone from a company called GameVice.
