Professor settles suit claiming he ‘masturbated with a snake’ in class

Fordham University and a self-described “Wild Man” theater professor settled a bizarre lawsuit that included claims he had “masturbated with a snake” in front of students, The Post has learned.

Randy theater director Matthew Maguire is still at Fordham despite the alleged sexual shenanigans, but his accuser, assistant professor Kris Stone, is barred from working for Fordham in the future.

The $20,000 settlement, reached Wednesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, includes a gag order that bars Stone from discussing the claims.

Stone was let go in 2014 after complaining to the department chair about Maguire’s behavior, which included pushing attractive female students to go on dates and requiring other students to perform acts of rape, masturbation and molestation in class, according to her court papers.

Stone, 45, went to her supervisor after a number of the female students came to her in tears about the forced dates, her suit says.

The 64-year-old academic also produced and starred in an autobiographical play called “Wild Man” about his sexual escapades– then required colleagues to attend the production, according to court papers.

The suit lists other crude details like the time Maguire allegedly “volunteered…on at least on occasion to Ms. Stone that he had ‘masturbated with a snake.'”

The agreement includes no admission of guilty by Maguire or the university.

Lawyers for both sides did not immediately return calls for comment.
