Dad cradles dead twins after Syrian gas attack

This heart-wrenching photograph emerged Wednesday of a grieving dad clutching the bodies of his twin babies — both killed in the chemical attack in Syria.

The stunned man is seen cradling the boy and girl, who are wrapped in white blankets, the Mirror of the UK reported.

They were among the more than 70 people killed — including 20 kids — in the devastating attack in the northern town of Khan Sheikhoun on Tuesday.

Russia blamed rebels for the atrocity, while Washington said it believed the deaths were caused by sarin nerve gas dropped by Syrian aircraft.

Dr. Shajul Islam, who works in northern Syria, shared images showing the aftermath of the attack in rebel-held Idlib province.

“Do u still doubt that Sarin is being used on us? Non-reactive pinpoint pupils! We have samples. Will anyone care!? Who will stop it?” he tweeted along with footage of the victims’ eyes.

The physician also tweeted a picture of a crying baby surrounded by medical workers in a hospital.

“Patients are still flooding in,” he said. “This child’s been rushed in w/o any family. They’re probably dead.”

He also posted a video purportedly showing adults and children lying unresponsive in beds.

“I will show you the evidence again and again, but you know what? The world doesn’t care and no-one is doing anything,” he said. “We urge you to put pressure on your government — put pressure on anyone — to help us.”
