No, you’re not on LSD. This upstate New York home really is as psychedelic as it looks.

A three-bedroom pad listed for $1.2 million in Woodstock — a hippy enclave some 100 miles from midtown Manhattan — comes with a dishwasher, laundry machine and a 5.12-acre lot. But the real appeal is its standout design.

The facade of the cylindrical Tower House, as this property is known, consists of mixed woods and metals. Highlights include a wrap-around observation deck made from aircraft-grade aluminum and a steel steeple whose metal sheets are fashioned into fish-scale patterns.

The home’s interior features a mix of materials, too, including copper, slate and redwood. A wooden spiral staircase connects the five levels, prominent wooden beams run across certain ceilings and a dark metal frame turns a skylight into a geometric display.

The house was built over the course of 15 years by artist John Kahn, who designed sets for the Muppets and “Fraggle Rock” (he was a close friend of Jim Henson, according to multiple reports). It was completed in 2002.

In 2007, Kahn sold the house to its current owner, a homeopathic orthodontist named Rhoney Gissen Stanley, according to StreetEasy. And perhaps her ownership of this trippy 3,518-square-foot house was meant to be: Stanley was previously the secretary for famed jam band the Grateful Dead. She was also formerly married to Owsley Stanley, the band’s soundman — and allegedly, their largest supplier of LSD, according to 6sqft.

During her 10 years of ownership, Stanley has enjoyed a sauna imported from Sweden, an artist’s studio, a barn and Kahn’s own artwork, including sculptures located outside. There are also multiple decks and patios and, back inside, a charming country kitchen with wide-tile flooring and a big window with leafy views. Best of all, the house’s circular shape means that the rooms have no dark corners.

There are other quirks, too — such as the toilet placed in the middle of an en suite bathroom, which is separated from a bedroom only by curtains.
