Human Ken doll’s nose could turn black and fall off if he doesn’t stop getting surgery

A week after showing off his surgery scars and the most plastic of eight-packs on vacation in Spain, human Ken doll Rodrigo Alves has been told that if he has any more immediate surgery on his nose, it could turn black and drop off.

Alves, a Brazilian model, has invested more than $670,000 to look like Barbie’s sometime beau, but his nose collapsed after one too many nose jobs.

Now doctors on reality show “Botched” have told him they can’t help him with the resulting breathing problems, warning that one more nose surgery could see his nose turn black and drop off.

Alves has had three nose surgeries in a year after the doctors on “Botched” said they would operate to help him with his breathing, but would not make his nose smaller, so he looked elsewhere.

Dr. Paul Nassif, on the E! show, pulled no punches about what could happen if he goes under the knife again.

“If you try to insult your skin one more time now while it’s healing, there’s a high possibility that if you let one of these doctors touch your nose now, this will turn black and then die and fall off,” he said.

Alves sought the “Botched” doctors out again because he can no longer breathe through his nose.

In the episode, Nassif struggles to even conduct an examination — he cannot get instruments into Alves’ nostrils.

Alves at one point developed an MRSA infection on his nose caused by staph bacteria.

Nassif revealed the surgeries have destroyed almost all of the tissue in Alves’ nose.

“This is probably one of the worst results and complications that I’ve seen in my entire career,” Nassif said.

To put it bluntly, the skin is “no good.”

“The issue is that what we call the soft tissue envelope — that’s the skin. By you having three surgeries in a period of 12 to 15 months, destroyed your tissue,” Nassif says as Alves fights tears and says “my nose was perfect after the last rhinoplasty” — which it turns out is still healing and, Nassif said, would get worse as the healing continued.

“Your nose on the inside, you have no airway and it’s short, so this is all scarred together. And since you just had surgery three months ago, it’s going to scar down more. It’s in a healing phase.”

Nassif was astounded at the amount of surgery Alves had in 12 months.

“Three revision surgeries in one year? That’s crazy. I can’t believe he even still has a nose.”

It appears the doctors may be prepared to operate and try to reconstruct the nose eventually, but the risk is too great right now.

Alves has spent much of his life in a quest to achieve his version of a “perfect look” with procedures including face-, neck- and eyelifts and silicon implants to give him abdominal and back muscles.

The 33-year-old model believes he was “born in the wrong body.”

He’s had 51 plastic surgeries and 103 cosmetic procedures.
