A sleepy straphanger who ended up on the last stop of a Brooklyn C train kissed a female MTA conductor when she woke him up — then punched her in the face, cops said Friday.
The rider was discovered on a C train at the last stop, Euclid Avenue, around 11 p.m. July 21 by a 40-year-old female conductor, police said.
The conductor woke the man up, and he promptly kissed her on the face. She pushed him away, and he tried to kiss her again, but this time when she recoiled, he responded by punching her, cops said.
He fled the station on foot shirtless, according to a photo released by the NYPD on Friday.
The city conductor was treated at Jamaica Hospital and later released.
The suspect is described as in his 20s, 5’10” and about 175 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red hat, dark shorts and black sneakers.
