A former Times Square desnuda manager claims he was targeted by police — and is suing the city for two false arrests.
On May 11, 2016, Chris Olivieri was working with the painted ladies on Broadway between 43rd and 44th streets when he was arrested after allegedly defending the women from three harassers, according to a lawsuit he filed in Manhattan federal court Monday seeking unspecified damages.
Officer Steve Juillet allegedly called Olivieri a “troublemaker” who needs to “shut the hell up and keep his mouth shut.” Olivieri claims another officer called his girlfriend, who was also arrested, “cheap p—y.”
Olivieri was arrested again by Juillet on July 3, 2016, after he says a group of breakdancers tried to pick a fight with him, the suit charges.
