Daredevil teens filmed leaping off speeding train
This is the heart-stopping moment two daredevils hurled themselves off a moving train into the dock below.
Stunned revelers sitting outside bars at Heron Quays in London watched on as the two youths jumped from the roof of the train into the black water.
A video posted by Rikke Brewer, who has been involved in large stunts before and described this as his “biggest stunt yet,” shows the pair preparing for the jump as they clamber on to the top of the train as it pulls in to the station.
The footage then cuts to the two youngsters standing precariously as the DLR — part of the London transport system — moves over the bridge in the banking district of the city.
One takes a leap and plummets into the river below before the other then musters his courage and also jumps.
He can be seen flaying his legs and whirling his arms as he falls towards the water.
Both of them make a large splash as they hit the river as shocked bar goers watch nearby.
The daredevils then clamber out of the water and run away from the area as a group of police officers are filmed arriving.
The cops can be seen pointing at the wet footprints as they try and track down the train jumpers.
At the end of the video Brewer speaks to the camera to address his followers.
He says: “Ok guys, I hope you enjoyed that, I do not advise anyone else to copy what we do – stay safe out there guys.”
“That was insane, I hope you guys loved it, peace out.”
It’s not known when this was filmed, but the footage was posted onto Brewer’s YouTube page on September 3.
Brewer and his friends have hit headlines before for their reckless stunts — earlier this year his group climbed a 200-foot amusement park ride at night.
He also filmed himself surfing a train in Paris after he and a group of friends jumped onto a moving carriage.
At the beginning of the year Brewer spoke out to deny his friend Nye Newman had died while “train surfing” after celebrating New Year in Paris.
He told the Sun Online: “He was leaning out of the window trying to take pictures and struck a sign or something at the side of the tracks.”
