Tony Award-winning lyricist David Zippel, currently a producer of “Hamilton” spoof “Spamilton,” and hubby Michael Johnston, an architectural and film set designer, have listed their Upper West Side home for $3.85 million.
The three-bedroom, sixth-floor unit at 225 W. 60th St. is 1,776 square feet and comes with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private 800-square-foot landscaped — and irrigated — terrace. Good things come in pairs, and there’s another terrace off the master suite.
The smart-wired home — with lighting, shade and home-entertainment controls — was renovated by Johnston, and additionally boasts a chef’s kitchen with Viking and Miele appliances and European cabinetry.
Ronan Farrow also lives in the building.
“Being bi-coastal, we no longer needed a three bedroom, three bathroom. We found a smaller place a block away with room for the piano and us. But we will miss the terrace. It is so great for entertaining!” Zippel said.
The listing brokers are James Morgan and Brandon Cohen, of Compass. In 1989, Zippel won a Tony for his work “City of Angels.”
Later on, he was nominated for an Oscar for Disney’s “Hercules” and “Mulan.”
The couple, who bought this spread five years ago for $2.5 million, seem to love the ’hood.
They previously lived in a roomy home nearby at 25 Central Park West, which Zippel sold for $10 million in early 2012. That was also listed by Morgan when he was with the Corcoran Group.
