A teen girl was raped by a classmate at a Westchester school for troubled kids, according to a lawsuit.
The disturbing incident allegedly took place at the Hastings-on-Hudson campus of the Graham Windham school, which includes a residential center “for children with violent propensities who were in need of supervision,” the victim’s family said in court papers.
The girl was a resident of the campus in October 2016 when she was “raped and molested by another student,” she and her mother charge in the Westchester Supreme Court legal filing.
