“Fire and Fury,” the best-selling expose of dysfunction and turmoil in President Trump’s White House, is heading to the small screen, a new report said Wednesday. Endeavor Content has bought the television rights to the book in a seven-figure deal, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Michael Wolff , the book’s author, will be the executive producer of the series, with veteran TV exec Michael Jackson — now CEO of indie producer Two Cities Television — named as the producer.
The tome, based on interviews with ex-Trump favorite Steve Bannon and other White House sources, portrays Trump as an uninformed manchild with little grasp of the issues and an explosive temper.
Trump has attacked Bannon and Wolff, who is also a columnist for The Hollywood Reporter, calling it a “fake book.”
