An angry Upper East Side resident whacked his neighbor in the head with a golf club, and now the victim wants revenge, a new lawsuit says.
Oberlin College sophomore Dashiell Kim says in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit that an upstairs neighbor at his parents’ East 93rd Street home bashed his head with a golf club because the resident said he and his friends were playing their music too loud and smoking on their terrace one evening in June 2017.
The neighbor, Jonathan Stone, 36, “smashed Kim’s head and hit him more than once,” leaving him with a large bulge on the back of his head, a concussion, and bruised ribs, the suit says.
Stone is facing misdemeanor assault and harassment charges.
Kim is seeking unspecified damages.
Stone and his lawyer did not return calls seeking comment.
