She nailed it.
Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim isn’t the only one in her family scoring big at PyeongChang — her mom is winning the social media game after posting photos of her Olympic-themed fingernails.
Boran Kim posted a pic to Instagram on Sunday showing her left index fingernail painted with an American flag and the corresponding one on her right hand with the South Korean flag.
“Ready to watch Chloe NAIL it! :),” she wrote in a caption accompanying the snap.
Chloe, a California native and first-generation Korean-American, is favored to win gold in the women’s halfpipe Tuesday.
She did so well on qualifying events Monday that she spent downtime in between heats tweeting about wanting ice cream.
Unlike her mother, Chloe keeps her nails short and unadorned, because she plays guitar in her spare time, an Olympic bio notes.
