Johnny Manziel secretly weds model

Johnny Manziel is off one market.

The former Browns quarterback and model Bre Tiesi have tied the knot, TMZ Sports reported Wednesday. Sources told the gossip site the pair married at a California courthouse, with a larger ceremony possibly in the cards for later this year.

Manziel, 25, who popped the question in Paris last year, posted a scenic throwback snap earlier this week, where he and Tiesi embraced near the Eiffel Tower.

“Love…you’re all I ever wanted and then some,” the Heisman Trophy winner shared on Instagram.

As Manziel readies for a second shot at NFL glory, participating in next month’s Spring League in Texas, he credits Tiesi for being a major part of his comeback story.

“Without you there is no ComebackSZN @bre_tiesi,” Manziel wrote on social media last February.

After being cut from Cleveland in 2016 after two turbulent seasons, Manziel struggled with substance abuse and was arrested after ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley accused him of assaulting her. Two years later, the former first-round draft pick is coping with his new reality after hitting rock bottom.

“I am coming back from a huge downfall,” Manziel said during a February appearance on “Good Morning America.” “I don’t know what kind of comeback it will be, but I know I want to get back on a football field, to what brought me so much joy in my life.”

Diagnosed with bipolar disorder about a year ago, Manziel, with the help of Tiesi, is hoping to stay on the right track.

“I am taking medication for bipolar, and I am working to try to make sure I don’t fall back into any type of depression, because I know where that leads me and I know how slippery a slope that is for me,” he said.

A rep for Manziel did not immediately return The Post’s request for comment.
