Funnyman Mike Myers’ Soho penthouse just sold for $13.2 million, almost $3 million less than its original 2015 asking price, according to city property records.
Myers, who recently revived his Dr. Evil role to taunt President Trump on Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show,” still owns the floor below the penthouse. He had offered both units at 72 Mercer St. to be combined into a triplex, for $21.5 million, but there were no takers, sources said.
Myers, his wife, Kelly, and their three kids — Spike, Sunday Molly and Paulina — moved outside the city. “They wanted more space,” a source said.
This month, Myers also mourned the loss of actor Verne Troyer who played his “Mini-Me” in the Austin Powers films — Troyer was one-eighth Myers’ size but twice as evil.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom unit is 4,200 square feet and comes with its own private roof deck.
