The mean mom who attacked an elderly woman for scoffing at her parenting skills dodged jail and a criminal record Thursday.
Breonna Turk copped to a harassment violation, which is not designated as a crime, for pummeling a 71-year-old woman at the 86th Street-Q subway station in March 2017.
She had to stay out of trouble, attend therapy and complete 10 days of community service to get the deal, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
The brawl ensued after Turk’s 3-year-old daughter rushed into an elevator where people were exiting. “Why don’t you teach your child some manners?” the victim scolded, sending Turk into a rage.
During the beat down, the 24-year-old mama bear snatched the senior citizen’s cane and allegedly used it as a baton to threaten an innocent bystander who tried to intervene, according to court papers.
