An LIRR rider who went on a racist rant against a black woman went off on a Post photographer before taking a plea deal Thursday.
“Keep flicking that camera. Do you know what’s going to happen to it?” Edward Ruggiero, 58, told the photographer before walking into the Queens courtroom to admit guilt for the April 19 outburst, which was caught on video.
Ruggiero was charged with menacing as a hate crime and aggravated harassment for screaming, “Shut the f- -k up, you f- -king loudmouthed monkey motherf- -ker,” at Soraya Orelien, 25, and another black woman on a train heading to Long Island from Penn Station.
He was supposedly angry that Orelien was talking too loudly.
The Long Beach man pleaded guilty to aggravated harassment and disorderly conduct. Under the plea deal, the harassment charge could be dismissed if he completes bias counseling.
