Stormy Daniels’ husband has filed for divorce — and a restraining order — claiming the porn star cheated on him and wants to take their daughter on her strip-club tour.
The “Good Will Humping” star’s soon-to-be-ex, Glendon Crain, filed for both in Texas last week — and was granted the restraining order, which prohibits her from having contact with him and their 7-year-old daughter Caiden, according to TMZ.
“Respondent is an adult performer and entertainer and is currently on tour. She has purchased a ticket for my child Caiden to fly out on July 20, 2018 and join Respondent on tour,” Crain wrote in his petition, published by the Smoking Gun.
“This will involve the child being on her tour bus with other adult performers and producers. This will place my child in eminent threat of serious and immediate physical or emotional harm.”
Under “grounds for divorce,” he writes: “Respondent has committed adultery.”
Daniels’ lawyer confirmed the split in a tweet Monday — but claimed the allegations were inaccurate.
“My client Stormy Daniels and her husband Glen have decided to end their marriage,” her attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted.
“A petition for divorce was filed last week, the accuracy of which is vehemently disputed. Stormy’s daughter remains her number one priority. She kindly asks for privacy for the sake of her family.”
Daniels — who has won multiple porn industry awards for “best breasts” but is best known for claiming that she had an affair with President Trump in 2006 and then received $130,000 to keep quiet about it — has been married to Crain, a porn producer and heavy metal drummer, since 2010.
Since details of the affair went public, Daniels has been cashing in on her revitalized career by touring strip clubs around the country — and was arrested at one in Ohio earlier this month for allegedly rubbing her award-winning breasts into undercover cops’ faces.
Crain, who has appeared in porn films under the name Brendon Miller, was arrested for domestic violence in 2015, although the charges were dropped shortly before Daniels — real name Stephanie Clifford — went public about her tryst with Trump, according to the Daily Mail.
A redacted police report says he allegedly “intentionally, knowingly or recklessly” injured Daniels “by pushing her to the floor.” The charges were dropped March 15 after he completed a pretrial rehabilitation program, according to the Mail.
Daniels was previously married to porn actors Pat Myles in 2003 and Michael Mosny in 2007.
Daniels was arrested for domestic violence in Florida in 2009 when she allegedly hit Mosny several times and “threw a potted plant at the kitchen sink” after becoming enraged over laundry and unpaid bills. Prosecutors later dropped the charges, saying they couldn’t figure out who the aggressor was.
