The Dream Hotel’s latest vision is finally shaping up, with new eateries from an early-morning all-day California-style cafe to late night Peking duck.
The Natura Cafe opens this month with everything from açai bowls to burgers, along with La Colombe Draft Latte and Nitro Cold Brew on tap, soft-serve Nitro floats and affogato, and wines by the glass.
The all-day cafe, which seats 34, offers a healthy menu from Tao Group chefs John Villa and Brad Warner, and includes dishes like cottage cheese with peaches, pistachio and honey on Sullivan Street Bakery whole wheat sourdough; strawberry fields, a salad of spinach, strawberries, seven grain croutons, almond and feta; and smashed cucumber with tomato, tajin spice, preserved lemon and basil.
For late night eats, Philippe, the uptown, upscale Chinese staple, also opens this month in Megu’s old space at the hotel.
Located at 355 West 16th St., by Ninth Avenue, the Dream Hotel also offers Bodegra Negra – which is dinner only – and The Beach, which is open in warm weather for poolside dining, along with PH-D Rooftop Lounge and the Electric Room.
