This new-to-market Harlem penthouse doesn’t just stand out for its bonkers features, which include a 4,000-square-foot private roof terrace.

Its $8.97 million asking price also makes it the most expensive listing in the neighborhood. Should the pad sell for this price, it will break the record for Harlem’s costliest sale, currently held by a penthouse at Circa Central Park that went for $7.4 million in 2016.

Real estate blog Curbed first spotted the new listing.

Of course, it’s not known how much the deep-pocketed buyer will ultimately spend, but what’s for sure is that they’ll get one supreme perk: never having to leave the place.

Located at 1845 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., between West 112th and West 113th streets, the spread has over 5,800 square feet of living space perfectly designed for the ultimate Netflix and chill: The home includes a cinema room with a retractable movie screen, climate-controlled storage for up to 1,000 bottles of wine and a sprawling kitchen with four Miele ovens, two Sub-Zero refrigerators and two Miele dishwashers.

The flexible floor plan accommodates five or six bedrooms, including an 800-square-foot master suite with a wood-burning fireplace, a windowed walk-in closet and a marbled bathroom with double rain-head steam shower.

Even when it comes to outdoor living, there’s no need to venture far and enjoy Harlem’s 85-plus acres of parks or vibrant street culture — not when the rooftop includes a basketball court, a dog run, two cabanas and an al fresco kitchen with granite counters.

Jerrie Butler of the Corcoran Group has the listing.
