Queens’ priciest pad is now cheaper despite Amazon news

As Long Island City braces for an onslaught of deep-pocketed Amazon employees, take a look at the neighborhood’s — and the borough’s — current priciest condo listing.

Penthouse 5 at The View, at 46-30 Center Boulevard, recently underwent a price cut to $3.65 million, down from its original asking price of $4.25 million in 2017.
