Someone paid $41M to move into J.Lo and A-Rod’s NYC building

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are getting some new neighbors.

A condo at 432 Park Ave. asking $40.75 million, 95B, is in contract. Earlier this year, J-Rod shelled out $15.3 million for a 4,000-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment at 432 Park. (They had been renting at 15 Central Park West in the meantime.)

The corner unit that just entered contract is in the world’s tallest residential building, designed by starchitect Rafael Viñoly. (Update: the unit closed for just over $30 million, according to city records.)

The 3,977-square-foot unit features three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms and a library.

There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen.

Building amenities include a gym, pool and a private dining room.

It was the highest-priced contract signed in the last week of the year, according to the Olshan report.

The second-highest contract of the last week of the year was a penthouse at celebrity hot spot 443 Greenwich St., the former bookbinding factory that boasts big-name owners like Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Meg Ryan, Jennifer Lawrence, and Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

The building even has celebrity renters: The Weeknd and Bella Hadid.

The 3,471-square-foot penthouse that is in contract features three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms and a 1,080-square-foot terrace with an outdoor kitchen.

Building amenities include a lap pool, a gym, a garage with valet parking, a courtyard and a common roof deck.
