Dan Colussy, of Gemini Capital — a former president and CEO of now-defunct airline Pan Am — is listing his home in Jupiter, Fla., for $11.25 million.

The grand five-bedroom residence, at 161 Bears Club Drive, sits on just under 2 acres.

It features a gym, a massage room, a library and a “bar and wine room” that holds up to 245 bottles.

Original details include a hand-cut marble floor in the foyer that’s based on a Florentine church.

Outside, there’s a formal Italian garden with a meditation area, along with a fruit orchard featuring citrus, mango, avocado, papaya, fig, banana and coconut trees.

There’s also a fresh herb and vegetable garden, and an Italian bronze fountain and infinity pool.

It was on the market in 2017 asking $12.5 million. The listing broker is Chad Carroll of Douglas Elliman.

Cult celebrity fitness trainer Megan Roup, creator of the Sculpt Society, hosted an event in a 3,000-square-foot duplex condo at 12 Ave. A that’s on the market as a $19,500-a-month rental.

The seller, who prefers to be anonymous, once ran a yoga school out of the four-bedroom Lower East Side unit, which has dual zoning.

The unit has double doors that opens to a “dramatic” foyer and staircase.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a living/entertaining space with double-height ceilings, and windows that open onto a private terrace.

The living room also boasts a splashy 200-inch screen that drops down from the ceiling.

There’s also a laundry room, custom lighting and surround sound. The listing brokers are Stefani Berkin and Robert Barr, of R New York.
